Together, the principals of Second Act have more than 40 years of experience in compression planning.  Both principals are master’s level graduates of McNellis Compression Planning training and have individually conducted hundreds of sessions for previous employers, dozens of clients and area nonprofits.  They have experience in business and market planning, project planning, process improvement, problem solving, strategic planning, crisis management planning and partnering sessions.

They have launched their services, “Facilitation for Successful Organizations,” under the name, “Second Act,” which recognizes their desire to use their knowledge and expertise beyond full-time employment.

Jeanny Amidon

Ms. Amidon has 30 years of management experience in a diversified energy corporation with operating companies in three states serving 4.5 million customers.  Twenty of those years were spent in leading process improvement initiatives where employee teams learned how to analyze and improve their own systems and processes.  Her educational background includes an undergraduate degree in industrial engineering and an MBA.

Judith Kehrle

Ms. Kehrle is a marketing/communication professional with 30 years management experience for major corporations, a regional public relations agency, and a government nonprofit.  She is expert in internal communication and is trained in Malcolm Baldridge quality improvement and organizational excellence criteria.  Her credentials include an undergraduate degree in communications and an MBA in marketing.
